Specification &Production process

It made by Japan NSG high alumina glass material and Japan Nippa AB glue so that the hardness can reach to 9H with 4 hours tempering .

All fingerprints oil we used the best imported ones so when you put it on the phone ,the touching feeling is perfect even like without using any glass screen protectors .And the full cover glass screen protectors can cover the phone nearly 100% , so there is not any gap between the edges with the LCD SCREEN so that can stop the dust enter when use it in daily life .

Now let us introduce how does it produce and how does our LITO factory make it :

Step 1: Cutting Glass :We have to cut glass into pieces by the laser machines ,each size has already been set up in the computer

Step 2: Etching :Because the 3D curved full cover tempered glass screen protectors quality required the glass material thickness must 0.7mm so have to etching it to be the 0.33mm

Step 3:CNC:Cleaning the glass and then cut the glass to be the exact shape and hole same as the real mobile phone LCD ,we called it CNC

Step 4: Sweep :To make the glass protectors edge to be rounded and then do quality checking ,if there were some pieces which edges is not as requirement then will drop them cannot go into the next steps

Step 5:Tempering : Put the glass protectors into the 400 high temperature Steel furnace with chemical liquid KNO3

Step 6:Silk Painting: Print the real origami color on the anti-shock glue film

Step 7 :Stick AB Glue: Make the glass screen protectors combining with the AB glue to make sure that can paste on the phone

Step 8 :AF plasma spraying: This step to make sure that the glass screen protectors can be anti-fingerprints and touch smooth

Step9: Stick PMA back-plane:This step can not only make the 3D curved full cover tempered glass screen protectors look more beautiful and high level

Step 10: Defoaming: The last step to put the glass into the barking machine to remove the possible exist bubbles to make sure all glass protectors are the good quality and then put into the foam bag
